📅 30-Day SammyBags Returns Policy Window
If your SammyBag isn’t what you expected, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the bag must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
We can’t accept returns for bags that have been used or damaged after purchase.

You don’t need to send your return to a warehouse—we make everything ourselves right here in Ōtautahi / Christchurch.

💳 Refunds Under Our SammyBags Returns Policy
Once we receive your returned bag, we’ll inspect it to confirm it meets the conditions of our SammyBags returns policy. If approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within a few business days.
You’ll receive an email once your refund is on the way.
⏱️ Haven’t Seen Your Refund Yet?
If your refund hasn’t arrived:

- Contact your card provider—it may take a few days to post

🔁 Exchanges
If your SammyBag arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, we’ll happily send you a replacement.
Just contact us with a photo and your order number, and we’ll take care of the rest.
📮 Shipping Costs
You’ll need to cover the return shipping cost unless the bag was damaged or faulty when it arrived.
No need for tracked or insured shipping—just pack it safely and send it back with care.
